D'Dream Cafe 又多一梦 @ SS2, PJ (Shifted)

Saturday, September 28, 2013
If you're a Doraemon fan, you definitely have to visit this shop at SS2 which is called as D'Dream Cafe.
I can say that it's consider as a new shop, which just open on April this year.
D'Dream Cafe's speciality is the Taiwan cuisine.
(P.s Sorry of the bad quality of the photos, it was taken with iPad and the room lightning isn't that good)

As you see, there are many Doraemon stuff in this shop (I've only taken some photo of it.)
But they are not for sale. They're the cafe boss's collection ! :O
Where else the photo below is the only item which is for sales in the shop, located beside of the counter.
Doraemon's apron, Tupperware, Stickers, Wrapper, Biscuits, etc
Fancy, isn't ?

I find it's quite important to post some photo of the menu to help other's to do some referencing when they're about to visit a shop, to check out the price range of the shop food and stuff like that (Because I'll always do the research, and sometimes I can't find any of those)
So, I've decided from now onwards, I'll post the menu on my post :)

As you can see from the menu above, the price is quite reasonable.
and this is the reason why this shop is often visited by lot of teenagers.

Crispy Fish Fillet Ramen, cost RM 7.50
Dry Crispy Chicken Ramen, cost RM7.50
(Chef's Recommendation)
Taiwan Chicken Mi Sua, RM7
Dad say it taste like Taiwan's Mi Sua.
Popcorn Chicken Rice, RM 7.50
(Chef's Recommendation)
Braised Pork Ramen, RM7.50
They have a selection of pork, or beef.
The snacks, Golden French Fries at RM5 (which taste like Taiwan's)
and Taiwan Fried Dumplings, RM8
Snacks :  Golden QQ Ball, RM 6.
(This taste like Fong Lye's sweet potatop ball)
Everything is acceptable.
The food is okay. Dad and bro say it taste like Taiwan's food.
The service is not bad too. You can book a VIP room which you need to spend at least RM200 for the room and also a Tatami area which doesn't need any minimum spending for 5-6 people for celebration.
The environment is nice, not only the whole shop is full of Doraemon stuff, even the music is Doraemon's song.
Definitely a place for Doraemon lover ! :)

So, this will be the other Taiwan cuisine shop to add in into your list other than Little Taiwan, Shihlin and also Fong Lye.
and oh yah ! They also charged service tax of 10%.
