Fancy of Korean food but having some budget problem yet wants to have something like pot luck to share with everyone ?
Then try visit Seoulscape located at the Strand, Kota Damansara.

Seoulscape is another restaurant which decorate their restaurant based on Kpop culture.
Kpop lover will definitely love this place. This shop also sells Kpop stuff such as calendar, albums, poster, etc.

Heard that this restaurant also serve lunch set at RM9.90, from 12-3pm which comes with Korean Tea and Dessert. and also dinner set with 25% if I'm not mistaken.
But my intention of visiting this shop is not for the lunch set but for the Rice Cake Stew Set which is also known as Jea-Suk Ttebokki.
PS : You have to personally ordered it or snap the photo of it and show it to the owner since this Rice Cake Stew wasn't show at the menu which I don't really know why.
This is the side dishes they provided whenever you called the Rice Cake Stew Set.
From top clockwise : Peanut and anchovies, Kimchi and Sweet Potato which taste like crackers.
Rice Cake Stew, before.
As you can see, it contain crabsticks, clams, some fishball, hard-boiled egg and the main is rice cake. (Suppose to have sausages as well, but I don't know why isn't there any of it)
This is how it look like after it was done.
Oh yah, you might realise the Ramyeon in the pot.
This Rice Cake Stew also includes one Ramyeon and two bowl of rice.
The function of the rice is to eat it after the broth is left a bit. Something like Japanese Curry Rice concept.
At first, the spiciness of the broth was acceptable but the longer it was boiled with the fire on, the broth became thick and the spiciness level increase.
However, you can request for a refill for your Tea and it's for free :)

The price is really very reasonable as I am a student and bringing my siblings for lunch.
It is only RM30 for 2-3pax, and RM50 for 4-5pax.
For 2-3pax, the size of the pot will be like the above. With additional of one Ramyeon, and two bowl of rice.
Where else for 4-5pax, the pot will be bigger I believe, with additional of two ramyeon and four bowl of rice.

Highly recommend this to everybody out there !
And the service was superb, I just love the manager there. I seldom blog nowadays but my little bro request me to blog about this restaurant as he love the service and food there.
So why not drop by and have a try ? :)
